If nowjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

nowjili reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, nowjili will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the nowjili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
